ขอต้อนรับสู่แพลตฟอร์ม ล่าค่าเที่ยว (ต่อไปนี้เรียกว่า “แพลตฟอร์ม” หรือ “เรา”) ซึ่งเป็นแพลตฟอร์มสำหรับการโพสต์งานขนส่งและการค้นหางานขนส่ง ล่าค่าเที่ยว เป็นเพียงแพลตฟอร์มให้บริการพื้นที่ในการประกาศงานและค้นหางานเท่านั้น เราไม่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องและไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความผิดพลาดหรือความเสียหายใด ๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นจากการโพสต์งานหรือการรับงาน

Introduction / Definitions — Welcome to the ล่าค่าเที่ยว platform (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform” or “We”). This is a platform for posting and finding transportation jobs. ล่าค่าเที่ยว only provides a space for job posting and searching. We are not involved and shall not be held responsible for any errors or damages arising from job postings or job acceptance. Please carefully review the information and confirm details between parties before engaging in any transaction.

2. การยอมรับเงื่อนไข

โดยการลงทะเบียนและใช้งานแพลตฟอร์ม ผู้ใช้งานตกลงและยอมรับในข้อตกลงนี้อย่างไม่มีเงื่อนไข หากไม่ยอมรับ โปรดหยุดใช้งานทันที

Acceptance of Terms — By registering and using the Platform, users agree and accept these Terms unconditionally. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

3. คุณสมบัติผู้ใช้งาน

• ต้องมีอายุไม่ต่ำกว่า 18 ปีบริบูรณ์
• ให้ข้อมูลที่เป็นความจริง และถูกต้อง
• สำหรับผู้ขับขี่ ต้องมีใบอนุญาตขับขี่ถูกต้องตามประเภทของรถที่ใช้

User Eligibility — Must be at least 18 years of age. Provide truthful and accurate information. For drivers, must hold a valid driving license appropriate to the vehicle type used.

4. บทบาทของแพลตฟอร์ม

• ทำหน้าที่เป็นพื้นที่โฆษณางานและค้นหางานเท่านั้น
• ไม่มีส่วนร่วมในการจ้างงานหรือรับประกันความปลอดภัย ความถูกต้อง หรือผลลัพธ์ใด ๆ
• ไม่ตรวจสอบประวัติอาชญากรรมหรือคุณสมบัติผู้ใช้อย่างละเอียด

Role of the Platform — Acts only as a space for advertising and finding jobs. Does not participate in employment, nor guarantee safety, accuracy, or outcomes. Does not conduct detailed background or criminal record checks of users.

5. พฤติกรรมต้องห้าม

ห้ามโพสต์หรือกระทำการใด ๆ ที่เป็นการหลอกลวง ฉ้อโกง ผิดกฎหมาย ละเมิดสิทธิส่วนบุคคล หรือใช้งานเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์อื่นนอกเหนือจากที่แพลตฟอร์มกำหนด

Prohibited Conduct — Users are prohibited from posting or engaging in any fraudulent, illegal, rights-infringing actions, or using the Platform for purposes beyond its intended scope.

6. การระงับบัญชี

แพลตฟอร์มสงวนสิทธิ์ในการระงับหรือลบบัญชีผู้ใช้งานที่ฝ่าฝืนข้อตกลงนี้ หรือก่อให้เกิดความเสียหายแก่ระบบหรือบุคคลอื่น

Account Suspension — The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these Terms or cause harm to the system or other individuals.

7. การเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไข

แพลตฟอร์มสามารถปรับปรุงข้อตกลงนี้ได้โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้า การใช้งานอย่างต่อเนื่องถือว่าผู้ใช้ยอมรับเงื่อนไขที่ปรับปรุงแล้ว

Amendments to Terms — The Platform may update these Terms without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด

• ไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายใด ๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นจากการใช้งาน
• ผู้ใช้ตกลงใช้บริการด้วยความเสี่ยงของตนเอง

Limitation of Liability — We shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use of the Platform. Users agree to use the services at their own risk.
